How UPI Deposits Works
When you select UPI on the Add Cash screen, Junglee Rummy generates a unique payment request tied to your player ID and the exact amount entered. That request is pushed to the NPCI UPI switch as a collect call addressed to your UPI ID, or as a QR-encoded intent if you choose the scan option. The switch then pings your registered bank in real time.
Your bank's UPI layer triggers a notification inside your chosen UPI app. You review the payee, Junglee Rummy's verified merchant VPA, and authenticate with your six-digit UPI PIN. No separate OTP is required; the PIN itself is the second factor. The moment your bank confirms the debit, the NPCI switch sends a success callback and your wallet is credited within milliseconds.
If the callback is delayed during peak network load, the transaction auto-reconciles within 30 minutes. If your wallet still shows no credit after that window, navigate to Transaction History → Raise Dispute inside the Junglee Rummy app for priority resolution.
UPI Deposits Step by Step
Open the Junglee Rummy app or visit jungleerummyapp.org, then tap Add Cash from the lobby or wallet screen. Enter the deposit amount, minimum ₹25, and select UPI as the payment method. You will see two options: type your UPI ID manually (e.g. yourname@okaxis), or tap Pay via UPI App to launch an intent flow listing every UPI app installed on your device.
Select your preferred UPI app from the list. It opens automatically with the payee name, amount, and transaction reference pre-filled. Verify the amount, enter your UPI PIN, and confirm. Do not close the app or navigate away mid-flow, interrupting the process can create a pending state that delays wallet credit.
Once your bank approves the PIN, Junglee Rummy sends an in-app success notification and your bank sends an SMS confirming the debit. Your wallet balance updates instantly and you can join a cash table straight away.
